Also, please spread the word.

(Please don't delete this post, we need to get the word out!!! Deletion of this post is a slap in the face to those with CFS/ME who donated money to this fraudulent patient. More proof of his scam will be posted soon.)

Hi Paul -Apologies for delay in replying - snowed under with work. I too have looked for the Save Co-proxamol website but could not find it. I guess it dissolved with the final withdrawal, but I am still fighting the battle but need more ammunition please. Dear Anne Begg, MP, raised co-proxamol in Parliament again on April 21st 09 and I did a piece about our magic painkiller on April 22nd which mentions co-proxamol - http://fmsglobalnews.wordpress.com/2009/04/22/minister-calls-for-pain-indicators-in-qof-quality/
but we need more support and more letters to MPs. The tablets we have saved like squirrels are now running out. Thanks for your support. Regards Jeanne

I think this is a pretty comprehensive article. If people remember to work on 4 things for the brain it can go a long way to keeping it sharp:
Get enough sleep
Have a good balanced diet
Get some form of aerobic physical exercise
Do novel activities to keep the brain learning. Some sites are free and track your progress like myfitbrain.

Hello and thank you. It is hard when you look "fine". I have Systemic Lupus E., RA, Fibromyalgia and Restless Leg Syndrome. Try explaining that last one to the general public!
I am almost on a daily basis exhausted and in pain. I have within the last two years received a kidney transplant and a knee replacement, so it's really hard but I do it. Short naps help and the doctor gave me Ultram for the fibromyalgia that helps take the edge off. I am trying a Raw Food Diet to see if that helps.
What really helps is people like you that help validate a real problem and help us not feel alone. Thank you!

I am alway glad to see helpful post on FMS. I must tell you your ten hints on mornig stiffness for those with FMS are not the a lot of help.I have had FMS for over 30 years. The stiffness is not the type of stiffness that is expereanced by other muscles problems. This may make good print but will only make a FMS person wonder why it does not work very well for them. I think the pain and stiffness of FMS come from a CNS failing to allow or cause the muscles to not rid themselves of toxins or waste products into the blood stream . Thanks Lonnie

Motrin isn't a muscle relaxer, it's an anti-inflamatory.

You assume much in this article - erroneously.
